All Feeder Cattle $249.99 & below 5% of selling price - minimum charge $15.00/head
All Feeder Catlle $250.00 & above 3.5% of selling price - minimum charge $15.00/head
All Slaughter Cattle 3.5% of selling price - minimum charge $25.00/head
All Dairy Springers 4% of selling price - minimum charge $25.00/head
All Dairy Fresh Heifers 4% of selling price - minimum charge $25.00/head
All Dairy Breeding Bulls 4% of selling price - minimum charge $15.00/head
All Sheep and Goats 12% of selling price up to $1,000.00 with a minimum charge $7.00/head. After $1,000.01 commission to be 10% with a minimum charge of $7.00/head
All Market and Feeder Hogs 12% of selling price up to $1,000.00 with a minimum charge $7.00/head. After $1,000.01 commission to be 10% with a minimum charge of $7.00/head
All Sows 12% of selling price up to $1,000.00 with a minimum charge $15.00/head. After $1,000.01 commission to be 10% with a minimum charge of $15.00/head
All Boars 12% of selling price up to $1,000.00 with a minimum charge $25.00/head. After $1,000.01 commission to be 10% with a minimum charge of $25.00/head
Section 2 - Buying on Commission
All Cattle and Calves $.50 per cwt
Section 3 - Yardage
All Cattle and Calves $1.25/head
All Hogs $1.25/head
All Sheep and Goats $1.25/head
Horses, Mules, Ponies, Burros, Llamas $5.00/head
Section 5 - Feed
All feed charges will be based on the average cost of the feed, F.O.B. this market, plus a margin on .50 per hundred weight.
Section 6 - Special Sales
When leasing stockyards for special sales on other than regular sale day, charges will be determined between the parties based on the special services requested.
Section 7 - Insurance
The schedule of charges will be rates pursuant to an insurance policy on file at the market and does not contain any charges retained by the market.
Section 8 - Miscellaneous Charges
A labor fee of $3.00 per head will be charged for each goat and/or sheep required to have a USDA Scrapie Tag that has not been tagged by the seller prior to the sale of that animal.
A labor fee of $7.00 per head will be charged for any feeder or slaughter cattle required to have a USDA ADT Tag that has not been tagged by the seller prior to the sale of that animal.
